"We do not guarantee that product images or descriptions reflect exact color, texture, or appearance on all devices.
Product availability is subject to change without notice. AmiGlow may limit quantities of products offered, as necessary.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these terms. Your order is only accepted once we send you an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order; it does not mean the order has been accepted.
A contract between you and AmiGlow is formed when your order is dispatched. If we cannot fulfill your order (e.g., stock shortage, pricing error, payment authorization failure), we will notify you and refund any payment received.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and exclude shipping unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
We accept payment by secure third-party providers, including major credit/debit cards and digital payment methods. Payment details are handled by secure processors and are not stored on our servers.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options, charges, and delivery times are displayed during checkout and are estimates only. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier performance. AmiGlow is not responsible for delays beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the nominated delivery address.
8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and must be read together with this document. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging unless faulty. Some products (e.g., opened skincare) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
Refunds will be issued according to the procedures outlined in the Returns & Refund Policy.
