Processing schedule
- Orders placed before our daily cut-off time may be processed on the same day.
- Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order, as we may not be able to modify the address once the order has been processed.
1. Hamilton Same-Day Delivery
For customers located in Hamilton, AmiGlow offers same-day local delivery for eligible orders.
Conditions
- Orders must be placed before the same-day delivery cut-off time.
- Delivery applies to addresses within Hamilton city limits.
- Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered the next business day.
Our local delivery service allows Hamilton customers to receive their skincare products quickly without waiting for courier shipping.
If same-day delivery is available for your address, the option will appear during checkout.
2. Other Regions – Same-Day Dispatch
For customers located outside Hamilton, AmiGlow offers same-day dispatch whenever possible.
This means:
- Orders placed before the dispatch cut-off time will be shipped the same business day.
- Orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped on the next business day.
Delivery times depend on the courier service and your location.
Typical delivery estimates across New Zealand:
- North Island: 1–3 business days
- South Island: 2–4 business days
- Rural areas: Additional delivery time may apply
