Where do you ship from?

Orders are processed and shipped within New Zealand whenever possible.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Most orders within New Zealand are delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Do you offer returns?

If a product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to remedies under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
