In accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA), customers in New Zealand are entitled to specific consumer rights and remedies where goods are-

If you believe that your product falls under any of the above categories, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe from the date of purchase or delivery. We will assess your request and work with you to determine an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or refund as prescribed under the CGA.

To assist us in processing your return or product review request, please include the following details:

  • Your order number
  • A clear and detailed description of the issue
  • Supporting photos or documentation, where applicable

Please note that returns or exchanges for change of mind are generally not accepted, except where required under New Zealand consumer law. Amiglow reserves the right to inspect and verify any claimed fault or defect to ensure compliance with its legal obligations under the CGA.

All return requests will be handled fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, with due consideration given to both customer rights and seller obligations.
