Track Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the email sent to you after shipment.

If you have not received your tracking information within 1–2 business days after placing your order, please examine your spam or junk folder first.

If you still cannot find the email, please contact our support team, and we will assist you.

  • Your order number
  • The email address used when placing the order
