These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Returns Policy, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. We may refuse or cancel any order where there is a pricing error, payment issue, suspected fraud, misuse of the website, or any other reasonable business concern. An order is only confirmed once we issue an order confirmation or dispatch notice.
Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges and any additional fees will be shown at checkout before payment is completed. We may correct any pricing error and cancel any affected order where necessary. Risk passes to the customer once goods are dispatched, unless otherwise required by law. The title remains with Amiglow until payment is received in full.
Product information
We take care to ensure product descriptions, images, ingredients, and availability are accurate. However, packaging, shades, formulations, or supplier details may change from time to time. Images are provided for guidance only and may not exactly reflect the item received.
Safety Instruction
Before using any skincare product, we strongly recommend performing a patch test. Apply a small amount to the inner forearm or behind the ear and wait 24-48 hours. Discontinue use immediately if irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs. Consult a dermatologist if you have known allergies or sensitive skin. Amiglow is not responsible for adverse reactions.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable New Zealand law. Where products are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Liability
As much as the law allows, we are not responsible for any indirect, unexpected, or resulting losses that come from using this website or from delivery delays that are beyond our control.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
Returns Policy
We accept returns for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items in accordance with New Zealand consumer law. Customers must inspect goods promptly on receipt and notify us of any damage, shortage, or defect within 48hours. Sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, exchanges, or refunds unless required by law or approved in writing.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we may refuse returns on opened or used cosmetics, skincare, haircare, fragrance, and personal care products, except where the item is faulty or otherwise subject to a legal right of return.
To request a return, contact us at admin@amiglow.co.nz with your order number and supporting details. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time after inspection.
Privacy Policy
We collect personal information including your name, contact details, delivery address, order history, and payment-related information necessary to process orders and provide customer support.

- Manage returns and enquiries,
- Improve our services, and
- Meet legal and tax obligations.
We may share information with couriers, payment providers, IT service providers, and other third parties required to operate our business. We do not sell your personal information.

Shipping Policy
We ship to mainly in New Zealand now. We are working to expand the delivery to overseas. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier performance, public holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery time depends on the courier service and destination. You assume the risk once we deliver the order to the address you provided.
You are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. If we receive a parcel back due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or non-collection, we may impose additional shipping charges.
Amiglow is not liable for indirect loss, delay, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Sale prices cannot be combined with other discount codes, loyalty rewards, or special offers unless expressly stated.
